Coconut Husk has been procured 100 Kms. surroundings from various coconut farms transported by trucks deliver to our factory.

Coir fibre is extracted from coconut husk. Husk contains 1/3 fibre and 2/3 coir pith. We are extracting coir fibre from various mechanical methods, like combing and beating.

Our Standard and Custom chip slicer machines cut chips from the husk of the coconut.They are available in different sizes from very small scraps up to bigger lumps.

The quality control is carried by experienced, highly qualified quality control Staffs. It is ensured that each and every block manufactured in our factory is subjected to through quality tests like E.C level, pH level and moisture etc.

Our Plastic bag cutting unit is capable of making 250 bags per minute. We use high precision machines to cut plastic bags for Grow Bags, Open Top Bags & Cubes

All of our products are packed & stored in our factory under high supervision. So we are in a position to guarantee the agreed quality through out the business contracts.
